A one thousand mile cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats in support of The British Heart Foundation accompanied by two guys who should know better, an ageing bike and a swarm of enthusiastic Scotish midges.
Congratulation to you all on reaching bonnie Scotland. Don't be fooled by those welcoming signs, as it can be a difficult place to make friends I can tell you .... particularly for you Sasenachs!
