A one thousand mile cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats in support of The British Heart Foundation accompanied by two guys who should know better, an ageing bike and a swarm of enthusiastic Scotish midges.
I hear from the BBC that you're cycling up to mine and Chris Evans' hometown, Warrington. Why don't you pop round for a glass of wine and some vol au vents and sausage rolls that I've left over in the freezer from my Iceland deal. I might even have a prawn ring and some crab cakes, 'cause I here from Rick Stein that you like to dine well. You'll have to bring your own straws tho', as I seem to be out of them for some reason!
I'll let the girls know from Atomic Kitten and Ant & Dec so we can have party and Bar-B-Q. I'll not let my Brian know you're coming round as he can get a bit uppity when I have fellas round for mi private rave parties!
