A one thousand mile cycle ride from Lands End to John O'Groats in support of The British Heart Foundation accompanied by two guys who should know better, an ageing bike and a swarm of enthusiastic Scotish midges.

Hey guys I can't comment on all the love stuff, but my pride meter is running very high at the moment. Don't be tempted by those 2-course road side lunches for £6 and stick to the energy bars that Phil has in those big yellow cycle pannier bags! ...... are they from Aldi?
